Accidental test submission
I was in the first question of my exam and then it said Test Session Complete
If your test shows "Test Session Complete" after the first question, it's possible the session was accidentally submitted or encountered a technical issue.
Unfortunately, technical support is not authorized to reset exams directly—only the organization that sent your test link can approve a reset. Please contact your testing organization to explain what happened. If they agree to reset your test, they can contact support to arrange this for you.
