Error posting data message
I am taking my test and received an "error posting data" message. What should I do?
If you have received an "error posting data" message, follow the steps below:
- Close the browser window that you are testing in.
- Open your test invitation email and click on the test link to re-open the test in a new browser tab or window. When you click on the test link in the email, you will be taken back to where you left off in the test.
- Proceed with taking the test and submit it when complete.
- You can reach out to TestGenius Technical Support to confirm that your test was completed. While we are unable to tell you your score, we can verify if a test record has been submitted.
