I get an error message when taking my test

I was taking my test and all of a sudden, an error message appeared. How do I get back into my exam?

In this situation, the best thing to do is close entirely out of your test window and relaunch the test using your original test link. This will take you to where you last left off within the exam and should allow you to complete your exam.
