- You have not received the invitation email:
You'll want to double-check your spam folder for an email from onlinetesting@invitations.testgenius.com OR info@governmentjobs.com
If, after checking your inbox and spam folders, you have not yet received your test invitation, you'll need to reach out to the organization that you are testing for directly to discuss your options.
- You received the invitation email, but the link is not clickable: highlight the full test link, copy it, and paste it into your browser’s address bar instead of the search bar.
- Test Link Expired OR Disabled: Technical Support cannot reopen the test or issue a new link; you’ll need to contact the organization you’re testing for to discuss your options.
