I can't take my test, it says "Test Link Disabled"

  • Test Link Expired OR Disabled: Technical Support cannot reopen the test or issue a new link; you’ll need to contact the organization you’re testing for to discuss your options.
  • You received the invitation email, but the link is not clickable: highlight the full test link, copy it, and paste it into your browser’s address bar instead of the search bar.
