My test froze while I was taking the exam
I was in the middle of my exam and my test froze. What do I do?
If your test ever freezes or gets stuck in a loading loop, please close entirely out of your test window and relaunch the test using your original test link. This will take you to where you last left off within the exam and should allow you to complete your exam.
