Parts of the exam are covering up the test.

I am taking the exam and there are sections of the test that are overlapping other parts of the test. What do I do?

Typically, this issue comes from your device's screen size. 

What device are you using?

  • Laptop or desktop: follow the instructions to adjust your screen according to the browser you are using (see below).

  • Tablet or smartphone: please close out of the test and launch your exam using a laptop or a desktop.

Are you using Chrome/Edge?

  1. Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the browser
  2. Go down to the Zoom tool
  3. Click on (-) or (+) to readjust the size of the screen
  4. You will want to have your Zoom set between 75 -90 percent.

Are you using Firefox?

  1. Click on the three lines in the right-hand corner of the browser
  2. Go down to the Zoom tool
  3. Click on (-) or (+) to readjust the size of the screen
  4. You will want to have your Zoom set between 75 -90 percent.

Are you using Safari?

  1. Hold Command (⌘) and press minus (-) to zoom out until the exam displays correctly
  2. You will want to have your Zoom set between 75 -90 percent.
