Need to get back into my exam

I am taking my test and was kicked out of the exam. How do I get back into my test?

If you're accidentally kicked out of your exam or your computer/browser shuts down on you unexpectedly, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your test invitation email
  2. Click on the testing link in the email to reopen the test. This will take you to where you last left off in your exam.
  3. If you cannot click on your test link, you will need to copy and paste the link into your address bar to reopen your test.
