Test link is not clickable

My test link is not clickable in the test invitation email. How do I access my test?

What device are you using?

  • Laptop or desktop: follow the instructions below to access your exam.

  • Tablet or smartphone: please close out of the test and launch your exam using a laptop or a desktop.

If you are using a laptop or a desktop and your link is not clickable:

  1. While holding down your left mouse button, highlight the entire test link. 
  2. Then, right-click on the highlighted text and click copy.
  3. Right-click in your browser address bar and click paste.
